strong, experienced Director of Nursing
to lead our clinical team and help take the facility to the next level. This role is for a
proven leader , not someone learning the DON role for the first time.

What We’re Looking For
Experienced DON
with a solid clinical and leadership background
Strong knowledge of
state and federal regulations
Ability to lead, coach, and hold nursing staff accountable
Experience managing surveys, audits, and plans of correction
Hands‑on leadership style with strong follow‑through
Focus on quality outcomes, staffing stability, and compliance

Qualifications
Active
RN license in the state of Tennessee
Prior
