A Day in the Life: What You Will Do
Patient Care & Support: Provide respectful, hands‑on assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), personal care, grooming, and mobility.
Healthcare Skills: Gain experience in medication administration, monitoring physical and mental health needs, and preparing nutritious meals.
Case Management & Advocacy: Serve as a patient advocate and participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Support Plans (ISPs).
Clinical Documentation: Complete all necessary documentation of care, service provision, and medication logs—a critical skill in all healthcare fields.
Behavioral Support: Learn to implement positive behavior supports, follow person‑centered support plans, and use de‑escalation strategies.

What We Require (The Must‑Haves)
A compassionate, patient, and encouraging attitude
A strong desire to learn and gain hands‑on healthcare experience
18 years old or older
A High School Diploma or GED
A valid driver's license, reliable transportation/vehicle, and valid auto insurance
Ability to pass a background check

Students & Pre-Professionals: Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a program in Nursing, Social Work, Psychology, Pre‑Med, child education, or a related human services field.
Natural Caregivers: Have you been an unpaid family caregiver for a loved one? We recognize your skills are valuable and will train you.
Experienced Professionals: Experience as a Direct Support Professional (DSP), Personal Care Aide (PCA), Home Health Aide (HHA), or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) is a major plus.
