Registered Nurse (RN) - PM Shift, Full-Time
Location: Green Bay, WI
Pay: $2,185.00 – $2,185.00
Sign‑On Bonus: Up to $8,000
Retention Bonus: $8,000
Key Responsibilities
Work primarily with rehabilitation patients in our skilled nursing facilities and assist in other areas of the nursing home as needed.
Administer nursing care, including developing and implementing nursing care plans, providing patient care, and maintaining medical records.
Supervise C.N.A. staff to ensure quality of care and that performance expectations are met.
Build long‑lasting relationships with residents and provide social and emotional support.

Education & Experience
Graduate of an accredited nursing school and current/valid State of Wisconsin RN license.
CPR certification required.
Computer skills strongly preferred.
Certifications or willingness to obtain dementia care certification strongly preferred.
Clinical and supervisory experience preferred.
