About The Role

We’re looking for a driven, people-focused Account Manager to serve as the trusted advisor and go-to contact for a portfolio of clients. In this role, you’ll be the bridge between client goals and our solutions—delivering exceptional service while identifying new opportunities to expand each relationship. What You’ll Do – Build Relationships. Drive Growth. Make an Impact
Cultivate and manage strong, long‑term client relationships post‑sale.
Proactively follow up on leads and close new business.
Develop tailored strategies to grow key accounts and ensure client retention.
Regularly engage with clients to understand their goals, provide updates, and offer value‑added insights.
Coordinate with internal teams to deliver customized, timely solutions.
Monitor account performance and recommend process improvements.
Serve as a thought partner to stakeholders, helping them meet their business goals.
Become a subject‑matter expert on our services, industry, and competitive landscape.
Manage proposals, estimates, sales activity, and deal progress from start to finish.
Negotiate agreements and maintain accurate records using CRM and business tools.
Champion client satisfaction and represent our brand with enthusiasm and professionalism.
What You Bring
Proven experience managing multiple high‑value client accounts.
A passion for customer success, relationship management, and consultative selling.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills with a knack for multitasking in fast‑paced environments.
Tech‑savvy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and CRM tools.
A positive, proactive attitude and a solution‑first mindset.
A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications—or relevant experience.
