What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Provide administrative support to coordinate the completion of used truck sales in compliance with Sarbanes‑Oxley requirements
Work with Fleet customers to obtain, collect, track, and process payments
Ensure all Fleet Sales adhere to company policies by obtaining necessary documentation
Maintain accurate records of vehicle releases, titles, and customer listings
Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding deals, payments, and other issues
What is Required (Qualifications):
High School Diploma or GED required
Minimum of two (2) years of experience in Transportation or Vehicle Administration
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Customer‑focused mindset with strong interpersonal skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience working cross‑functionally to achieve desired results
Familiarity with sales processing systems such as SAM
Proven ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment
