What You Can Expect This position is responsible for verification that all requested implants and instruments are prepared and ready for case. It utilizes communication skills, knowledge of Zimmer Biomet products, and in‑person meetings to assist current customers and secure potential customers. The role reports to the RSD, RSM or Sales Team Leader within a defined territory or region.

How You'll Create Impact

Requests implants/instruments necessary to cover designated surgeries through SMS.

Plans, coordinates and ensures all implants/instruments are in place prior to case.

Coordinates surgeon schedule.

Builds strong relationships with key surgeons and covers procedures in Reconstructive, Extremities, CAS, Surgical, Sports Medicine and Trauma with clinical proficiency.

Strictly adheres to all policies and SOPs regarding interaction with HCP, product handling, complaints, expense reporting, sales activities and training.

Informs Sales Leader about market data, territory/customer concerns and opportunities for territory strategy development.

Develops relationships with internal support personnel.

Provides after‑hour and/or weekend on‑call case coverage and add‑on case coverage for territory.

Collaborates and supports the sales team or territory, including transportation of Zimmer Biomet instruments and implants for cases.

Your Background

Minimum of an associate's degree, medical certification, or equivalent education and experience.

0-2 years of sales or sales service experience in medical device or surgical.

Physical Requirements: Travel Expectations: Up to 20%
