Job Summary The Senior Product Advisor (SPA) is responsible for prospecting and conducting Auris Payroll presentations both in person and over the phone with small and mid‑size merchants and businesses, ultimately closing deals within a fast sales cycle. You will report to a Payroll Division Manager, receive coaching from a Territory Manager, and work closely with your local PDM or PTM to set appointments, run scheduled meetings, uncover needs, and present Auris solutions. After training, you have the opportunity to set your own schedule to maximize the upside of 100% commission and residuals from the business you bring in.

Responsibilities

Prospect new clients.

Maintain client records in the CRM system (Atlas) in accordance with company policies, including call notes, scheduled interactions, and contact information.

Achieve minimum production requirements, including setting first‑time appointments to secure a win.

Continuously build and develop knowledge of the current product/service portfolio and changes in the financial technology industry to remain up to date.

Attend weekly team meetings and one‑on‑one sessions with leadership.

Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.

Minimum Qualifications

18 years of age or older.

Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance.

Successful completion of a pre‑employment background check.

Resident of the area relative to the job posting location.

At least two years of relevant experience.

Excellent prospecting, communication, presentation, and networking skills.

Works well independently and as part of a team.

Incentive‑driven sales “hunter.”

Professional demeanor and impeccable integrity.

High sense of urgency and innate sales talent.

Enjoys cold‑calling and face‑to‑face conversations.

Accountable for measurable, high‑quality, timely results.

Ability to be in the field a minimum of 50% of the time.

Preferred Qualifications

High school diploma or GED.

Prior experience in a B2B sales role.

Prior experience with a CRM tool such as Salesforce or HubSpot.

First‑year professional may expect an average of $90,000–$105,000+ as uncapped weekly commissions, lifetime residuals, and portfolio equity.
