Pay Range
$33.00/hr – $59.00/hr (Base pay)

Key Responsibilities
Work Shift: Night Shift (Full‑time, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM).
Emergency Patient Care: Perform rapid and comprehensive patient assessments, triage, and implement evidence‑based treatment plans for a wide range of acute conditions and injuries.
Critical Interventions & Coordination: Administer medications, perform advanced procedures, and coordinate care seamlessly with physicians, technologists, and other specialists. Prioritize actions in critical situations and respond to emergencies decisively.
Patient Advocacy & Communication: Provide empathetic, patient‑centered care and clear communication to patients and families during stressful situations.
Team Collaboration & Safety: Work collaboratively within a respected, high‑performing team in a department with below‑industry average turnover. Uphold all safety standards, policies, and participate in performance improvement and shared governance.
Professional Development: Maintain all required advanced certifications. May serve as a preceptor or mentor, contributing to a healthy work environment and the development of future ER nurses.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience
Registered Nurse (RN), Emergency Department (ED), BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, Night Shift skills.
Licensure: Current Georgia RN license or Multi‑State Compact RN license.
Education: Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN), Diploma in Nursing, or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.
BSN preferred.
Current updated resume required for review.
Certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support), ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) – provisional acceptance within 180 days may apply, PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) – provisional acceptance within 180 days may apply, TNCC (Trauma Nurse Core Course) – provisional acceptance within 18 months may apply.
ER/ED RN experience strongly preferred; experience in a fast‑paced acute care setting (e.g., ICU, Critical Care) may be considered.
Exceptional customer service, interpersonal skills, and high empathy essential.
Strong critical thinking, analytical skills, and ability to function decisively under pressure. Excellent time‑management and teamwork skills required.
