Job Summary Provide direct patient care, support physicians and healthcare teams, and promote patient health and safety. The RN assesses patient needs, develops and implements care plans, administers treatments, and educates patients and families.

Key Responsibilities
Assess, monitor, and document patient health status and vital signs
Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Perform clinical procedures and assist with diagnostic tests
Monitor patient progress and report changes to the healthcare team
Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatments, and aftercare
Maintain accurate and timely patient records
Ensure compliance with safety, infection control, and quality standards
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
Provide emotional support and advocacy for patients
Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (ADN or BSN)
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Patient assessment and critical thinking
Compassion and professionalism
Time management and multitasking
Attention to detail and documentation accuracy
Knowledge of medical equipment and healthcare technology
May require standing for long periods, lifting patients, and working nights, weekends, or holidays
