Join Chrysalis Health as a clinician providing individual and family therapy to a diverse population, including children, adolescents, adults, and families.
Therapy sessions are primarily in‑person in the community, with some telehealth options for flexibility.
No requirement to go to an office for administrative tasks; everything is done online or onsite with the client.
Base Pay Range $85,500 – $85,500 per year (additional income potential based on service hours and fee‑for‑service structure)

Responsibilities
Assess and determine comprehensive mental health needs of clients across age groups and diagnoses
Conduct and document client screenings, psychosocial assessments, progress notes, and referral information
Deliver services to clients in the community with no office requirement
Utilize evidence‑based practices to enhance clinical outcomes
Identify resource requirements to fulfill client needs
Collaborate with caregivers, physicians, school counselors, and other health professionals to ensure optimal client care
Advocate for patient access to community resources
Communicate treatment plans and progress to patients, families, and health professionals
Facilitate individual and family therapy on psychosocial issues such as coping skills, stress reduction, and caregiver support
Demonstrate professionalism to reassure patients of their care
Candidate Requirements
Reside within the State of Florida
Fluency in English and Spanish
Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution
Organizational and time allocation skills with flexibility to provide services in client homes, schools, and community settings
Ability to practice self‑care for work‑life balance
Compassionate, engaging, and strong desire to help others
Proficient in documenting therapy services in EMR platforms
Degrees or majors from related fields such as Rehabilitation Counseling, Human Services, Forensic Psychology, Community Counseling, Youth Counseling, Human Development, Behavioral Science, Art Therapy, and Psychiatric Rehabilitation are acceptable
Transcripts must include at least four class codes covering core content areas (Human Growth & Development, Diagnosis and Treatment of Psychology, Human Sexuality, Counseling Theories and Techniques, Group Theories and Practice, Dynamics of Marriage and Family Systems, Individual Evaluation & Assessment, Research & Program Evaluation, Personality Theories, Social and Cultural Foundations, Counseling in Community Settings, Substance Use Disorders)
