As a clinician at Chrysalis Health, you will provide individual and family therapy to diverse populations including children, adolescents, adults, and families. Sessions are primarily in-person with telehealth options available.

Impactful Client Care Responsibilities
Assess and determine comprehensive mental health needs of clients across age ranges and diagnoses
Conduct and document client screenings, psychosocial assessments, progress notes, and referrals
Deliver services in the community; no requirement to work at an office
Utilize evidence‑based practices to enhance clinical outcomes
Identify resource needs to fulfill client care
Collaborate with caregivers, physicians, school counselors, and other healthcare professionals
Advocate for patient access to community resources
Communicate treatment plans and progress to patients, families, and professionals
Facilitate individual and family therapy on psycho‑social issues such as coping skills, stress reduction, and caregiver support
Demonstrate professionalism and compassion
Candidate Requirements
Resident of Florida
Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling or related field from an accredited institution
Organizational and time‑allocation skills; flexible scheduling for client homes, schools, and community settings
Strong self‑care practices for work‑life balance
Compassionate, engaging, and dedicated to helping others
Proficiency in documenting services in an electronic medical records platform
Degree or major in Rehabilitation Counseling, Human Services, Forensic Psychology, Community Counseling, Psychology, Youth Counseling, Human Development, Behavioral Science, Art Therapy, or Psychiatric Rehabilitation is considered favorable
Coursework must include at least four classes covering Human Growth & Development, Diagnosis and Treatment of Psychology, Human Sexuality, Counseling Theories and Techniques, Group Theories and Practice, Dynamics of Marriage and Family Systems, Individual Evaluation and Assessment, Research and Program Evaluation, Personality Theories, Social and Cultural Foundations, Counseling in Community Settings, and Substance Use Disorders
