Role Overview Our homehealth is always delivered from a place of heartfelt compassion and empathy. As an LPN/LVN, you will provide feeding‑tube care for infants, maintain clinical outcomes, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and ensure high‑quality home‑health support for patients and families.
Qualifications
Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which you will practice.
Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days.
Current CPR certification (with hands‑on component). Aveanna can assist in obtaining this requirement after hire if necessary.
TB skin test current within last 12 months.
Six months prior hands‑on nursing experience preferred but not required.

Must have reliable transportation.
