You will serve as the catalyst, coach, and strategic architect for our Guides – the frontline learning facilitators who inspire rather than merely instruct. Your leadership will define how Alpha Guides engage with students, encompassing playbook development, feedback systems, and demonstration of exemplary facilitation techniques.

What You Will Be Doing
Developing and training a Guide team to execute the Alpha learning system with exceptional quality.
Building comprehensive Guide Playbooks that outline facilitation best practices, design of engaging learning activities, and challenge resolution.
Delivering consistent, actionable feedback to Guides that enhances student engagement and academic outcomes.
Personally mentoring a small student cohort, demonstrating expert coaching and motivational techniques.
What You Won’t Be Doing
Creating lesson plans – your Guides support students' learning via adaptive applications; you concentrate on developing them into exceptional facilitators.
Compromising standards – when our passing threshold is 100%, your role is to uphold that expectation.
Conducting uninspiring training – you'll develop Guides through dynamic, high-energy, experiential coaching.
Basic Requirements
Hold a Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in education, learning and development, coaching, or related field.
Proven track record of designing and executing innovative educational programs, curricula, or training initiatives.
Strong leadership and mentorship capabilities with demonstrated ability to build, manage, and inspire high‑performing teams.
Direct experience working with youth (ages 5‑18) in educational or developmental settings.
Competence in data analysis and leveraging metrics to inform decision‑making and drive continuous improvement.
Ability to work on‑site in Atlanta, GA; Las Vegas, NV; Nashville, TN; Park City (Salt Lake City), UT; or Spotswood, NJ.
Legal authorization to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship.
