Work location: 1615 Hospital Parkway, Suite 100, Bedford, TX 76022
Work hours: Full-time, 40 hours weekly, Monday thru Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm

Here’s What You Need
Associate’s Degree in Ultrasound Technology Graduate of accredited ultrasound program (required)
ARDMS – American Registry for Diagnostic and Medical Sonographers (required)
2 years related experience (required)
OB/GYN Experience (strongly Preferred) Be familiar with standard concepts, practices and procedures within the field. Possess a strong work ethic and a high level of professionalism.
Must have experience performing gynecological and obstetrical sonograms including:
Normal and abnormal pelvic anatomy
Fetal anatomy and biophysical profile
Fetal anomalies, including ectopic pregnancies
Appropriate measurement techniques in transabdominal and endovaginal scanning
Ability to identify what is expected to be seen in all three trimesters of pregnancy
Comfortable verbally explaining all techniques and views to physician and patient
What You Will Do
Deliver care to patients utilizing the Ultrasonographer process.
Perform diagnostic sonographic examinations using ultrasonic equipment to locate, evaluate, and record critical functional, pathological, and anatomical data.
Prepare the room for examination, greet patients, and educate patients on procedural information as needed.
May schedule and coordinate tests.
Process and manipulate images, analyze image quality, and troubleshoot as needed.
Properly record test results.
Operate, care for, and maintain equipment.
Prepare and maintain operational logs and document malfunctions as needed.
Maintain equipment and room to sanitary standards.
Stock and order supplies as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned.
