Clinic Overview
BSW Fort Worth Bryant Irvin is seeking a full‑time Physical Therapist who is passionate about treating active adults with a variety of orthopedic and higher‑level balance conditions. Our multidisciplinary clinic offers PT, OT, and ST in an environment that encourages teamwork and clinician development. The ideal candidate will be a flexible team player with initiative, excellent communication skills, strong manual skills, and a desire to learn. New grads are encouraged to apply. Clinic hours are Monday‑Thursday 7 AM‑6 PM and Friday 7 AM‑1 PM, with early or late shifts required.
Responsibilities
Initial and ongoing systematic patient assessment
Patient case‑load average: 10‑12 patients a day
Timely and accurate documentation using Therapy Source
Interpreting assessment/diagnostic data including medical notes and surgery reports
Ensuring medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately
Promoting continuous quality improvement
Instructing and counseling patients/families as needed
Qualifications
Current state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Physical Therapist required
Certified BLS or completion in the first 90 days of employment or as required by state regulations
