As an assistant practice manager, you’ll play a key role in positive patient experiences by supporting customer service and daily operations with the practice manager.

About the Role As an assistant practice manager at Neighborhood, you’ll manage people, processes, and support compliance. You’ll collaborate across departments and support the development of a staff that consistently has kind and welcoming interactions with patients. Responsibilities include:

Manages site-level customer service and front desk staff

Supports training of front desk staff on workflows, procedures, and customer service

Manages front desk metrics for the site, monitors front desk data collection and holds staff accountable to workflows

Conducts rounds of the site and collaborates with departments for a smooth flow of day

Collaborates across the site to optimize the flow of the day, including addressing patient or staff concerns

Performs provider schedule audits to identify and correct scheduling errors

Manages huddle sheet and runs the daily site huddle when needed

You will primarily work at Blasdell and travel to other Neighborhood locations as needed.

Education and Skills

Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent professional experience

1-3 years of experience preferred

2 years of supervisory experience

What We Offer Compensation: $68,000 - 82,000 based on a full time, 40 hour work week. Individual compensation is based on various factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, qualifications, and other position related components.
