As a practice manager, you’ll play a key role in positive patient experiences by managing customer service, front desk staff, and day-to-day activities at the site level.
About The Role
Manages site-level customer service and front desk staff
Manages daily site huddle and daily patient flow
Manages the operations performance metrics for the site
Conducts rounds of the site and collaborates with departments for a smooth flow of day
Collaborates across the site to provide a consistent experience for patients and staff
Develops team in the implementation of new workflows and holds staff accountable to policies, procedures and workflows
You will primarily float to our various Neighborhood locations as needed.

Education And Skills
Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent professional experience
5+ years of experience preferred

What We Offer Compensation: $79,000 - 83,000 based on a full-time, 40 hour work week.
Individual compensation is based on various factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, qualifications, and other position related components.
