Requirements
Current license as a LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) in the state of Missouri.
Vaccination against COVID-19 (or willingness to get it).
High school diploma or equivalent.
Duties and Responsibilities
Provide exceptional, personalized care to support seniors in their activities of daily living.
Encourage residents to socialize and engage with each other to keep their spirits healthy.
Create a safe environment where residents can thrive.
Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
Collect, track, and maintain patient history; record any new data.
Take vitals, including blood pressure, heart rate, temperature, etc.
Take instruction from and report updates to registered nurse/overseeing physician.
