Qualifications
Current license as an LPN – Licensed Practical Nurse in the state of Missouri.
Duties and Responsibilities
Provide exceptional, personalized care to support seniors in their activities of daily living.
Encourage residents to socialize and engage with each other to keep their spirits healthy.
Create a safe environment where residents can thrive.
Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
Collect, track, and maintain patient history; record any new data.
Take vitals, including blood pressure, heart rate, temperature, etc.
Take instruction from and report updates to the registered nurse/overseeing physician.
