Pay Range:
$43.00/hr – $48.00/hr

Pay Range: $43 - $48/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities
Assess, monitor, and evaluate patient conditions and responses to care
Develop and implement individualized patient care plans
Deliver safe, effective nursing care according to policies and procedures
Coordinate and communicate patient care plans with the care team
Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, care provided, and patient education
Advocate for patients and families; address concerns in a timely manner
Provide patient and family education to support care outcomes
Support patient- and family-centered care practices
Participate in quality improvement and performance initiatives
Maintain required licenses, certifications, and ongoing training
Mentor and support nursing staff through preceptorship and collaboration
Uphold professional conduct, ethics, confidentiality, and safety standards
Perform other related duties as assigned
Key Requirements and Technology Experience
Skills; Strong patient assessment and clinical decision-making skills
Ability to plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care
Effective care coordination and communication skills
Proficiency in clinical documentation and compliance standards
Knowledge of patient safety, confidentiality, and professional standards
Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team
Commitment to performance improvement and quality initiatives
Willingness to participate in shared governance and professional development
Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma required
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
Licensure & Certifications (required upon hire):
Active RN License (Single-State of Georgia or Compact)
BLS (American Heart Association or American Red Cross)
Minimum 1 year of direct patient care RN experience
Ability to work night shift (for this specific role)
Ability to deliver individualized care in a fast-paced acute care environment
Commitment to Hospital care standards, safety policies, and code of conduct
