Your Role as Dietary Manager As our Dietary Manager, you’ll lead the dietary department with energy and excellence—ensuring nutritious, great‑tasting meals while maintaining the highest standards of care and compliance.
You will:
Lead and energize the dietary team, including hiring, scheduling, training, and performance management
Oversee daily dietary operations to ensure smooth, efficient service
Prepare and oversee meals that follow planned menus, standardized recipes, and approved substitutions
Ensure compliance with special diets and resident care plans
Partner with a Registered Dietitian to provide nutrition counseling and support
Collaborate with nursing and interdisciplinary teams to meet resident needs
Conduct employee evaluations and manage disciplinary actions when necessary
What We’re Looking For
Previous long‑term care experience required
Prior dietary management experience required
ServSafe Certification
CDM certification preferred
A positive, proactive leader with a passion for resident‑centered care
