Ambulatory Nurse
The Ambulatory Nurse is a nursing staff position, which reports to the Administrative Manager. Performs treatments, administers medications, assists procedures performed without anesthesia while utilizing aseptic technique, assists with employee education and orientation and provides patient/family education with the goal of improving health outcomes. Involves family/significant others in planning health care and health decisions. Delegates and evaluates health care to assistive personnel following the hospital plan for nursing. Recognizes and advocates for each patient being individual with health care needs. Provides considerate, respectful care affirming the patient’s right to make decisions regarding his/her medical care.

Associates: Nursing (Required)
Certification/License Requirements

Commitment Obtain a Bachelor of Science in Nursing within 5 years of hire.
