Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Child and Adolescent Therapist, based in Blue Ash, OH, with opportunities for part-time remote work. The therapist will provide high-quality mental health services to children and adolescents, utilizing therapeutic techniques such as Play Therapy. Day-to-day responsibilities include assessing client needs, creating treatment plans, conducting therapy sessions, collaborating with families and caregivers, and performing case documentation. The therapist will also engage in ongoing professional development to ensure best practices in mental health care.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Play Therapy and experience in working with children
Expertise in Social Work and Mental Health practices
Experience with Case Management to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field
Active licensure in counseling or social work in the state of Ohio (LPC, LPCC, LSW, LISW)
Familiarity with trauma‑informed care and cultural sensitivity
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
