About the Role We are seeking a full‑time therapist (LPC/LSW, LPCC, LISW) to join our growing practice. This role is perfect for a passionate, self‑motivated clinician who thrives in a supportive environment, values autonomy, and is committed to clinical excellence.
Full‑Time:
30 hours per week with 25 clinical hours
Schedule:
Monday–Friday, with at least one evening (4–8 PM) required
Employment Type:
W‑2 hourly position
Support:
Minimal administrative tasks—our team handles credentialing, billing, and marketing so you can focus on clients
Clinical Excellence Required:
Strong clinical skills are essential
Ideal Candidate:
Independent, driven, and collaborative
Qualifications
Master’s degree
in counseling, social work, or a related field (required)
Active Ohio license:
LPC, LSW, LPCC, or LISW
(Must be actively working toward independent licensure if currently LPC/LSW)
1 year clinical experience after completing degree preferred
Commitment to clinical excellence and ethical care
Dependable, growth‑oriented, and collaborative
Must have at least one niche market for counseling services (e.g., children, teens, trauma, anxiety, grief, anger management, etc.)
Ideal candidate works with children/adolescents in addition to adults
Must be a team player and collaborate well with team members in support of our clients and community
Demonstrate a passion for working with others (being collaborative) and helping fellow team members grow and learn
