Serve as the main contact for external clients requesting Medicare D and Commercial products Perform client outreach and set up recurring calls for effective communication Assist in the reconciliation of Prescription Drug Event (PDE) data and submissions Build strong, trusting relationships with clients and pharmacies to enhance service delivery Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and track updates for incorporation into policies What is Required (Qualifications):
Associate's degree or formal training beyond high school is required; Bachelor's degree preferred 3-4 years of customer service and industry experience; health plan or insurance experience is a plus Knowledge of pharmacology and Medicare Part D guidelines Excellent communication skills and professionalism when working with clients Strong computer skills including proficiency in word processors, spreadsheets, and database software How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
