Base salary of $40k + Commission!

Job Purpose:

Prospect and close new business through cold calling, networking, and referrals.

Build relationships with property managers, business owners, and commercial clients.

Manage and grow a portfolio of commercial accounts in your assigned territory.

Promote and sell Northwest’s suite of commercial pest control and prevention services.

Maintain accurate sales documentation and service agreements.

Attend ongoing training sessions and stay up to date on service offerings and industry trends.

Safely operate a company-provided vehicle, iPad, and cell phone.

Qualifications What you need

High School Diploma or equivalent required.

1–3 years of outside sales, B2B sales, or service sales experience.

Ability to obtain a pesticide license within 90 days of employment (company paid).

Valid driver’s license.

Ability to work independently and manage route-based assignments.

Requirements Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the following job duties with or without accommodations:

Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity.

Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, roof tops, etc.

Ability to work in all types of weather conditions.
