Education & Experience
High School Diploma or General Educational Development (GED)
Possesses a valid Class 5/7N driver’s license and has access to personal transportation
Required to meet pre‑employment testing requirements
Required Skills
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Self‑motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
Possess a solid understanding of maximizing production while minimizing contamination
Able to learn from others and adopt best practices while maintaining a strong focus on safety, integrity, and reliability
Ability to learn, be trained, and follow instructions and standard operating procedures
Working Conditions
Work environment can include exposure to noise, vibrations, and dust, and will require working alone with minimum supervision
Exposure to working outdoors in all weather conditions, operating a light vehicle at our operations, in various weather conditions and terrain, including winter driving
Regular exposure to lifting and moving items and equipment up to 50 pounds
Compensation and Relocation Compensation will be aligned with market rates and determined based on experience, qualifications, and role.
Please note that all successful candidates will be required to relocate or travel to the Princeton area and accommodation will be the responsibility of the successful applicant.
