Restaurant Attendant-Busser (Rate plus Gratuity)
Concord Hospitality Enterprises is looking for a positive, upbeat individual to join our F&B team as a Restaurant Attendant-Busser. We value a winning smile, a service‑minded attitude, and a dedication to delivering memorable dining experiences.
Responsibilities
Quickly clean dirty table settings and prepare tables for resetting.
Promptly and consistently reset tables with spotless service ware.
Maintain stock and cleanliness of stations for all meal periods, including silverware, linen, and condiments.
Greet guests in a pleasant and courteous manner, serve beverages, breads, and butter to begin their dining experience and replenish as necessary.
Transport all dirty tableware from the dining room to the dishwashing area for proper cleaning.
Other Supporting Functions
Perform general cleaning tasks using standard hotel cleaning products as assigned by supervisor to adhere to health standards.
Fold napkins for all meal periods, restock condiments, and ensure adequate supplies.
Perform other duties as requested, such as cleaning unexpected spills, handling special guest requests, and cross‑training to ensure total guest satisfaction.
Report any suspicious persons or activities to a supervisor immediately.
Qualifications
At least one year of fast casual dining or customer service experience (training provided for the right attitude).
Ability to work a variety of shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends.
Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment and willingness to be a team player.
