Training Manager (Remote – BCBA REQUIRED)
This is a full‑time remote position. Candidates can reside in any time zone but must be able to provide support and supervision to EST‑based trainers. The primary schedule will be Monday‑Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. EST, with flexibility to be available after 5:00 p.m. EST when needed.
Salary range: $70,000 – $80,000 (flexible depending on experience).
Responsibilities
Supervise a team of training technicians.
Ensure consistent and reliable delivery of new‑hire training to all new hires at LEARN.
Document new‑hire progress through training programs.
Review and evaluate training content to ensure relevance and accuracy.
Effectively prioritize routine and non‑routine work assignments to meet goals and timelines.
Communicate day‑to‑day operational changes, issues, and updates related to trainers to other LEARN departments (e.g., talent acquisition, HR, scheduling).
Qualifications
Master’s degree required.
BCBA certification required.
1+ year of experience in the autism clinical field as a BCBA.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to identify complex problems, evaluate options, and implement solutions.
Demonstrated ability to motivate, develop, and direct people.
Effective time‑management skills, both for oneself and others.
Selective attention, information ordering, problem sensitivity, and memorization skills.
