Base pay range $115,000.00/yr - $145,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day operations of food and beverage manufacturing, including mixing, packaging, and filling processes.

Implement and maintain GMP, HACCP, SQF, FSMA, and FDA compliance standards.

Optimize OEE, yield, and uptime through effective continuous improvement initiatives.

Lead and mentor a multi-shift production team to achieve operational goals.

Utilize Lean, Six Sigma, 5S, Kaizen, and TPM methodologies to streamline production processes.

Manage and improve maintenance, sanitation, and changeover processes using tools like CMMS, MES, ERP, SAP, and Oracle.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and meet production targets.

Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards and foster a safe working environment.

Qualifications

Strong background in food and beverage manufacturing processes.

Proficiency in GMP, HACCP, SQF, FSMA, and FDA regulations.

Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies.

Knowledge of OEE, MES, ERP systems like SAP or Oracle, and CMMS tools.

Leadership skills to manage multi-shift teams effectively.

Commitment to workplace safety and familiarity with OSHA standards.
