Responsibilities As a BCBA, you will work in a multidisciplinary setting with other dedicated professionals to generate positive clinical outcomes for individuals and families. Key responsibilities include:
Conduct comprehensive functional behavioral assessments and develop individualized behavior programs.
Implement function‑based interventions and conduct ongoing data‑driven evaluation.
Collaborate with caregivers during assessment and discharge planning to establish behavioral goals.
Teach employees and families functional communication, instruction in functionally equivalent responses, and functional communication strategies.
Provide caregiver training to ensure maintenance and generalization of intervention strategies.
Qualifications
Master’s degree with BCBA certification required.
At least two (2) years of experience working in ABA and/or IDD, including two (2) years of experience performing behavioral assessments and at least one (1) year of training staff in behavioral principles and procedures.
Ability to attend full‑time, paid new‑hire orientation Monday–Friday 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. (2 weeks).
