Location: Brooksville & Spring Hill, Florida
Pay: $85,000 - $100,000 per year (based on skills and experience)

What You'll Do
Design, implement, and monitor skill‑acquisition and behavior‑reduction programs
Oversee implementation by RBTs and caregivers
Conduct assessments related to behavioral intervention needs (e.g., preference assessment, functional assessment, staff performance assessment)
Supervise individuals seeking BCBA certification on a weekly basis
Perform other typical BCBA activities
Requirements
Master's degree
Active BCBA certification (required)
Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance
Clean background/drug screening and driving record
