Pay Range : $95,000.00/yr – $120,000.00/yr – actual pay based on experience and skills.
Relocation Package : Up to $15,000
Student Loan Forgiveness : Up to $24,000
What You'll Do
Design, implement, and monitor skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs.
Oversee implementation of behavior-analytic programs by RBTs and caregivers.
Conduct assessments related to the need for behavioral intervention (e.g., preference assessment, functional assessment, staff performance assessment, etc.).
Supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly.
Perform other typical BCBA activities.
Requirements
Master's degree in a related field.
Active BCBA certification (required).
LBA certification preferred before starting services.
Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance.
Ability to maintain clean background/drug screenings and driving record.
