Position Overview Precision Tune Auto Care is seeking a motivated Assistant Service Manager / Shop Foreman to help lead daily shop operations, support technicians, and deliver a hospitality-driven customer experience. This role is ideal for someone who understands shop flow, technician productivity, and clear customer communication.
What You’ll Do
Support the Store Manager with daily operations, customer service, and sales
Help direct shop flow, technician productivity, and vehicle movement
Use MotoVisuals to create clear, professional customer-facing videos explaining vehicle issues and safety concerns
Assist with training and coaching technicians on workflow and inspection processes
Maintain shop productivity, workflow efficiency, and safety standards
Handle POS transactions, inventory control, and vendor coordination
Act as the primary supervisor in the absence of management
Maintain a clean, organized, and hospitality-first shop environment
What We’re Looking For
High School Diploma or GED
1+ year of automotive service or shop leadership experience
Foreman, lead technician, or assistant manager experience preferred
Strong leadership, organization, and customer communication skills
Comfortable using MotoVisuals, a smartphone, and a computer
Valid driver’s license
Ability to work in a fast-paced service environment
