Pay range $57,000 / year – $100,000 / year

Responsibilities As a store manager, you will be responsible for greeting customers in a friendly manner, developing relationships, and exceeding all expectations. You will coordinate the workflow of techs and recommend and sell needed tires and auto repair/maintenance services to customers.
Qualifications
10+ years sales, operations, or management experience (automotive industry preferred)
Excellent communication and sales skills
Automotive experience in direct repair and diagnostics, general repairs and maintenance
ASE certification preferred
Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
Good computer and phone skills
Ability to work a flexible schedule including Saturdays
Background check clearance
Valid driver’s license
High school diploma; college preferred
