Job Summary
We're looking for a driven, competitive, and energetic individual to join our team as a Business Development Representative. This role is built for someone looking to break into B2B sales, while gaining experience in SaaS, compliance and direct consulting services.
Responsibilities
Kick off the sales cycle by generating new opportunities through outbound prospecting.
Research and engage decision-makers at target accounts.
Qualify inbound leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
Utilize technology to prioritize prospects, streamline outreach, and grow your pipeline.
Trust proven strategies to manage prospects and gain new business.
Attend conferences to promote solutions and prospect new leads.
Consistently track activity and progress toward weekly and monthly goals.
Ideal Candidate
Strong communication and client-facing skills.
Competitive, goal-oriented, and resilient.
A clear and confident communicator who can adapt to different audiences.
Knowledge of DOT, FMCSA or similar regulations is preferred.
Experience using technology-based lead systems: Salesforce, ZoomInfo, SalesLoft, etc.
Must be highly organized and capable of managing a large, ever-changing sales funnel.
Able to meet deadlines, work independently, as well as in a team environment.
Demonstrate ability to solve problems, analyze systems and data and suggest appropriate solutions.
