Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (preferred).
Proven sales experience
in the
hospice or healthcare field , with a strong track record of
meeting or exceeding sales goals .
Expert knowledge
of hospice and end‑of‑life care, with a
passion
for making a difference in the lives of patients and their families.
Strong interpersonal skills , with the ability to build rapport and effectively communicate with healthcare providers and families during sensitive times.
Organizational skills
and attention to detail to manage a diverse client base effectively.
Valid driver's license
and
reliable transportation .
Compassionate, empathetic demeanor
and the ability to navigate difficult conversations with care and respect.
