Salary:
$90,000 to $120,000 Base +

Coordinate with Clinical Teams:
Align sales strategies with intake, field staff, and leadership for a seamless experience.
Analyze and Improve:
Track performance, adjust outreach, and find new growth opportunities.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s Degree
in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred
2+ years in healthcare sales , preferably in home care, hospice, or senior services
Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
Proactive self‑starter
who thrives with independence and collaboration
Knowledge of Twin Cities healthcare landscape
a strong plus
