Position Overview The Sales Specialist is responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and closing residential and light commercial opportunities while operating as a team player and modeling adaptability. You will be trained in the Cornett way and held to clear sales targets and goals. This role blends office time (training, CRM discipline, proposal building) with field activity (site visits, inspections, customer presentations, and ride‑alongs).

Key Responsibilities
Pipeline & Activity Management: Maintain a healthy pipeline; execute daily/weekly activity targets (appointments, demos, follow‑ups).
Customer Consultations: Conduct needs assessments, on‑site evaluations, and solution presentations aligned with Cornett standards.
Proposal & Closing: Build accurate proposals, present options, handle objections, and close with professionalism and integrity.
Training & Coaching: Embrace continuous training, ride‑alongs, and refreshers to master the Cornett Sales System and our manufacturing‑backed differentiators.
Team Collaboration: Partner with Marketing (lead quality/feedback) and Operations/Production (handoff accuracy, scope clarity) to ensure seamless delivery.
CRM Discipline: Maintain accurate records (notes, stages, next steps) and reliable forecasts.
