Outside Sales Representative – NDT Equipment
Adecco has partnered with a well-established organization in the NDT and oil & gas space to identify an experienced Outside Sales Representative to support continued growth. This role focuses on consultative equipment sales with an emphasis on digital radiography solutions.
Position Summary: The Outside Sales Representative will be responsible for developing new business and managing existing customer relationships within an assigned territory. This role requires strong industry knowledge, technical credibility, and the ability to work independently while representing high-quality NDT equipment solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute
quarterly strategic sales plans
to achieve revenue goals
Identify and engage prospective customers while maintaining existing accounts
Travel approximately
50%
to customer sites within the territory
Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations
Serve as a technical resource for customers and internal stakeholders
Stay current on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity
Collaborate with marketing and leadership teams on targeted initiatives
Maintain accurate CRM activity, opportunity tracking, and forecasts
Represent a full portfolio of offerings including
capital equipment, consumables, and accessories
Attend industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events
Qualifications:
10+ years of experience within the NDT industry
Level II or Level III NDT certification preferred
Proven success in
outside sales , ideally within NDT or oil & gas
Experience with
digital radiography
systems and applications
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
