As an Account Executive with Cassling, you’ll be a Trusted Advisor, connecting healthcare providers to state‑of‑the‑art capital imaging equipment and other imaging solutions from Siemens Healthineers. Ultimately, you’ll be responsible for helping imaging teams choose the right systems to make a difference for their patients and for their ongoing provider experience. You’ll travel throughout your territory to connect with technologists, department managers, and executives from hospitals, health systems, office‑based labs, ambulatory surgery centers, and physician practices. Primary Duties & Responsibilities

Act as a Trusted Advisor for Siemens Healthineers capital imaging equipment and digital solutions for healthcare providers.

Meet and exceed applicable sales quotas to increase market share within assigned sales territory.

Develop, build, and strengthen customer relationships through excellent customer service.

Proactively apply various sales strategies at appropriate times with different customers.

Collaborate with Project Management, Installation, Education, Service, and other Sales personnel to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery.

Understand and speak to the customers’ workflows and business models, analyzing strengths and weaknesses to provide solutions as a Trusted Advisor, consultant, and partner in their mission and vision.

Work with the Regional Vice President to develop and present a quarterly overall territory sales plan that accurately forecasts possible deals for the quarter and year, ensuring order volume and customer satisfaction targets are met.

Stay abreast of industry trends and current Cassling product portfolio via product training, sales meetings, trade shows, conventions, and local, state, and national seminars.

Travel extensively (75% or more) to cover territory.

What We’re Looking For in a Candidate

Education: BS/BA in Business or relevant work experience.

Experience: One to three years of sales experience involving complex bundled deals.

Prior experience in healthcare sales; the more technical and clinical, the better.

Medical capital equipment experience is a huge plus.

Excellent listening and communication (Oral and written) skills.

Strong sales and negotiation skills, especially at the executive level.

Demonstrated ability to create multi‑year strategic deals.

Strong ethics and unwavering integrity.

Strong leadership and team‑building skills with the ability to effectively leverage others.

Openness to coaching and occasional ride‑along with the Regional Vice President.
