Crowned Grace International is seeking a Senior Review Team SME Bench with 10+ years of federal acquisition experience, whose expertise supports high-volume portfolios like CDC, FDIC, SBA OCIO, and DoD. We value professionals who excel at drafting and reviewing PWS, SOO, SOW, IGCEs, and acquisition strategies, and we emphasize your vital role in our team's success.
Key Responsibilities
Provide deep expertise to validate quality, accuracy, and compliance in deliverables. Guide teams through complex issues, defining standards, mentoring junior members, ensuring adherence to policies, Collaborate across functions to translate complex knowledge into actionable insights for project success, focusing on process improvement and risk mitigation in their specialized area. Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree Prior DOD experience (Uniformed military, government civilian, or contractor). Exceptional critical thinking/reasoning and communication Skills. Formal Training with certifications from TRADOC's University of Foreign Studies and Cultural Studies or an equivalent program. Senior-level leadership experience. Domain mastery in acquisition, governance, engineering, cybersecurity, or infrastructure. Ability to perform independent validation and executive-level assessments. Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree. Prior military operational and/or intelligence (analysis) experience. Past participation in DOD red teams and/or war games-ideally at both the strategic and operational echelons. Additional Requirements
Must be able to pass government background investigation.
