General Mission The Entertainment Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, executing, and analyzing strategic marketing and entertainment initiatives that drive foot traffic, enhance the dining atmosphere, and increase the brand's visibility and presence in the local Bangkok market. This role focuses on translating the vibrant Sabio concept into compelling live experiences, digital content, and successful promotional campaigns.
Core Responsibilities I. Strategic Planning & Budget Management
Develop and manage the annual marketing and entertainment budget, ensuring all campaigns are cost‑effective and deliver measurable ROI.
Plan and schedule all in‑house entertainment, including live music, DJs, and themed nights, ensuring alignment with the Spanish brand concept.
Proactively manage costs associated with marketing activities, content creation, and entertainment bookings.
II. Campaign Development & Execution
Design and execute compelling marketing campaigns across digital (social media, email, website) and traditional channels to promote the restaurant, special events, and menu offerings.
Create high‑quality, engaging visual and written content that reflects the "sizzle" and vibrant energy of the company brand.
Develop and manage strategic media relations and influencer outreach programs to generate buzz and positive reviews.
Lead the marketing of outside catering services and large private event bookings.
III. Brand Enhancement & Guest Experience
Ensure all marketing and entertainment efforts consistently deliver the brand promise and enhance the authentic Spanish atmosphere.
Monitor guest feedback and market trends to adjust entertainment and marketing strategies for maximum customer appeal.
Collaborate with the Bar Manager, Restaurant Manager and Owners to effectively promote new menu items, seasonal specials, and signature beverages.
Manage the production and design of all customer‑facing materials (menus, flyers, digital screens).
IV. Performance Analysis & Reporting
Track, analyze, and report on the performance of all marketing campaigns and entertainment initiatives using relevant metrics (e.g., social engagement, booking rates, revenue impact).
Review and analyze market trends and competitor marketing activities to ensure Sabio remains competitive and cutting edge.
Utilize menu sales analysis and guest feedback to guide promotional efforts for maximum profitability.
V. Administration & Compliance
Comply with all local regulations regarding advertising, promotions, and public performances.
Maintain and utilize marketing asset libraries (photos, videos, testimonials) and key vendor/supplier contracts.
Conduct regular communications meetings with the management team to align marketing strategies with operational goals.
Assist with tracking key customer data and database management.
