The Cross Sales Specialist – Leadership Connect is responsible for driving cross-sell revenue within existing accounts by identifying, positioning, and closing sales opportunities tied to Leadership Connect offerings. This role blends consultative customer engagement with targeted sales tactics to expand the adoption and impact of Leadership Connect solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with client leadership and key decision‑makers.
Identify and pursue cross‑selling and upselling opportunities within existing accounts.
Conduct proactive outreach via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking events to establish connections and drive meetings.
Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Delivery) to align sales strategies with client needs.
Develop and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and business cases tailored to leadership priorities.
Manage and track leads, interactions, and pipeline progress in CRM‑Salesforce.
Represent the company at virtual and in‑person events, conferences, and webinars.
Monitor account performance and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
Prepare regular reports on outreach, pipeline, conversion metrics, and leadership engagement outcomes.
Support strategic initiatives and projects as assigned by leadership, including market research and competitive analysis.
Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or lead generation.
Proven experience engaging with executive‑level clients and driving relationship‑based sales.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Excellent organizational and follow‑up abilities.
Proficiency in CRM systems.
Preferred Qualifications
Track record of meeting or exceeding cross‑sales, outreach, or revenue targets.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
Strong analytical skills for market and account research.
Self‑motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Comfortable with occasional travel to client sites and industry events.
