Base pay range: $48.00/hr – $55.00/hr.
Continuum Rehab Group provides in‑house therapy with skilled nursing facilities in Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, Indiana, and Missouri. We offer an excellent total compensation package:
Competitive pay rates – $48–$55/hr, dependent on experience.

Experience/Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited university and hold a valid (or in‑process) state license.
Open to therapists at all experience levels.
Key Duties:
Utilize evidence‑based practice to support clinical interventions.
Provide rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment to patients with physical functioning disorders per regulatory and clinical practice requirements.
Provide skilled therapy services to patients who need rehabilitation services.
Offer consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and other service providers related to physical disorders.
Supervise PT assistants, temporary licensees, students, and support personnel in accordance with state licensure requirements and professional standards.
