Responsibilities This position is responsible for the general maintenance and corrective action and repairs of all of the company's assets, including but not limited to guest rooms, public space, offices, roofs, boiler rooms, electrical rooms. This position is expected to perform high quality work in the fields of basic carpentry, plumbing, basic electrical, cosmetic, troubleshooting HVACs, and any issue in a guest room independently. This position will also be cross training in pools and water feature care.
Qualifications
A minimum of one year building maintenance experience is required, with hotel experience preferred.
Good customer skills are also required.
Must be flexible and be able to work weekdays, weekends, mid shifts, nights and holidays.
Ability to lift, push, pull moderate weight up to 50lbs.
