This is a contract, on-site role for an Outpatient Therapist located in Charlotte, NC. The Outpatient Therapist will provide individual and family therapy sessions, conduct comprehensive assessments, and develop treatment plans tailored to clients' needs. Additional responsibilities include supporting case management efforts, collaborating with families, and utilizing evidence-based practices to deliver effective mental health services. Conduct individual and family therapy sessions Perform comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans Support case management efforts and coordinate care with families Utilize evidence-based practices to deliver effective mental health services Qualifications
Proficiency in Treatment Planning and client-centered strategies for emotional wellness Knowledge of Social Work principles and practice, including advocacy and resource coordination Experience in Case Management, including maintaining accurate client records and coordinating care Expertise in Family Therapy and counseling methods that support individuals and family dynamics Solid foundation in Psychology with the ability to apply theories and therapeutic techniques Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field with appropriate licensure in North Carolina Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect and build trust with diverse populations Previous experience in outpatient therapy or behavioral health settings is preferred
