Role Description This is a contract-based, fully remote role for a licensed therapist in the state of North Carolina. The therapist will provide virtual mental health counseling services to clients, including individuals, families, and groups. Daily responsibilities include conducting assessments, creating tailored treatment plans, delivering therapy sessions, and maintaining accurate documentation.
The therapist will collaborate with other mental health professionals to ensure the highest quality of care and will adhere to ethical guidelines and standards of practice.

Conduct assessments and create tailored treatment plans.
Deliver therapy sessions to clients (individuals, families, groups).
Maintain accurate documentation of client progress.
Collaborate with other mental health professionals.
Adhere to ethical guidelines and standards of practice.
Qualifications
Proficiency in therapy methods, clinical assessment, and developing treatment plans.
Exceptional communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills.
Experience documenting client progress and maintaining patient confidentiality.
Familiarity with telehealth platforms and virtual counseling best practices.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining accountability.
Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
Valid license to practice as a therapist in North Carolina (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMFT).
Experience working with diverse populations is a strong plus.
