Position Details
Need: Full‑time, with part‑time and PRN options available.
Location: Franklin (Peabody Place), Laconia (Belknap and St Francis Skilled Nursing Facilities), Concord (Presidential Oaks).
Setting: Skilled Nursing – also assists in Assisted Living and Independent Living.
Pay Range: $50–$58 per hour, based on experience and clinical interview.

Patient assessment: Evaluate mobility, strength, flexibility, and pain.
Treatment and education: Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and patient education to enhance function and reduce pain.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records and comply with legal/ethical standards.
Collaboration: Work with other healthcare providers and participate in multidisciplinary meetings.
Qualifications
Education: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
Licensure: Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist or license eligible.
Clinical skills: Strong assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and communication.
Physical requirements: Ability to lift patients, stand for extended periods, and perform therapy tasks.
