Position: Home Health Aid (Immediate hire!)

Pay: $19.00/hr - $20.00/hr (base pay range)
Responsibilities
Ensure the safety, health, and well‑being of clients in their homes.
Tailor activities to clients’ interests for meaningful engagement.
Provide personal care, light housework, and meal preparation.
Perform shopping, errands, and companionship.
Assist with incontinence and dementia care, transfers, and ADLs.
Job Requirements
Must be 18+ years of age.
At least 1 year of caregiving experience.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Fully vaccinated or have a valid medical exemption.
Current TB test or clear X‑ray.
Fingerprint clearance (Live Scan).
CA Home Care Aide (HCA) certification (obtainable through our training program).
Willing to travel up to 25 miles if required.
Benefits
$100 sign‑on bonus after 30 days and 40 hours worked.
